Companies spend six months in procurement, eight months in implementation, and two years arguing about governance. You? You can open a browser tab and do something remarkable in an afternoon. That asymmetry is one of the more interesting things happening in the world right now, and most people are completely missing it.

One of the amazing things is that while we were taught to "chat" with LLMs, the real power comes when we install skills: simple text files that give a whole new set of context and custom instructions to the LLM. It's like in The Matrix when Neo gets kung fu installed in his brain. And there's no reason you can't install recruiting, communication, and branding super powers in exactly the same way.
